Escape with us to the place that George Clooney calls "the most beautiful place on earth." After our most recent visit there, he's not the only one singing praises about Lake Como. Imagine a huge body of water surrounded by the enormous, picturesque Italian Alps dotted with colorful homes, villas, hotels and structures, some built in the unique Italian rationalist architecture.
Let us not forget the famous wooden limousine boats that can be seen taxiing people around the lake or the kayakers, paddle boarders and water skiers enjoying time on the water.
When not on water, you can explore the nearby famous towns of Bellagio, Varenna and Bellano or catch a ferry across the lake to Menaggio and Tremezzo.
Location
Our location for the week will be a quaint, family owned boutique hotel located in the quiet town of Lezzeno. Hotel Villa Aurora is perfectly located next to a bus stop and only a 7 minute walk to the ferry stop. This makes it the ideal location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. The hotel is one of a few hotels on the lake who can boast a lake front sun terrace with snack and bar service.
The hotel has a total of 21 rooms, 11 in the main hotel and 10 in the villa located on the lake across the street. We will be staying in the villa which comes with a large lakeside terrace where we will practice our daily yoga.
The hotel restaurant is located on the lake, adjacent to the villa, and is open air in the summer. The menu is spectacular and the restaurant is know as one of the best on the lake.

Junior Suite with Lake View
Spacious suite on the first floor of the villa. Each suite has an ensuite bath and a glass door overlooking the lake.

Superior Room with Lake View
The Superior rooms have a private patio or balcony and are furnished with wooden tables and chairs, where you can sit, relax and admire the romantic lake view. These well-lit and tastefully furnished rooms are all soundproof and have different hand-made décor and colors.

Deluxe Lake View
Spacious well lit ground floor suite in the villa. The three deluxe rooms are hand-decorated and differ in décor, colors, and furnishes. All rooms are soundproof and have a stunning lake view through a large picture window. A relaxation area with armchairs, a table, and a sofa.

Getting there:
We have arranged a group pick up at the Milan Malpensa Airport at 2:00 PM on September 7th. We will arrive by 4:00 PM at the hotel for check in. If you are arriving outside of our pick up time, you are responsible for your own transportation to the hotel.
Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy
A $500 non-refundable deposit is required with your registration to hold your spot. If you cancel more than 75 days prior to the retreat, you can apply your deposit toward another Radiant Yoga Retreat.
Remaining retreat balance is due 75 days prior to the start of the retreat. If you cancel 31 days or more prior to the start of the retreat, a 50% refund will be given. Less than 30 days no refund is given. If we are able to find a replacement for you, you will be refunded fully minus a $250 administrative fee.
Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover any unforeseen circumstances that may require you to cancel or interfere with your travel plans. Suggested companies to use are Allianz and Travel Guard.
Radiant Yoga Retreats reserves the right to cancel a retreat due to health and safety concerns of participants or if the number of participants is too low. In any of these cases, you will be issued a full refund.
Participants must be at least 15 years of age.
